Register your organisation
Sign up as a Training Provider and complete your organisation profile — name, logo, description, and location.
Add your trainers
Invite your trainers by email. They get their own trainer login and dashboard, fully under your organisation account.
Set up courses & cohorts
Each trainer builds their own courses. You can review, approve, and publish them under the organisation catalogue.
Students find you in Marketplace
Your organisation appears in the DCH Marketplace. Students search by location and register directly with the trainer or course they want.

When to choose a provider account
A Trainer account is ideal for a single independent instructor. A Provider account is for anyone who manages a team of trainers, operates under an institutional brand, or needs consolidated analytics and billing.

How does billing work for organisations?
You pay one subscription for the entire organisation. Trainers do not need separate subscriptions — they work under your account.
Can trainers have their own courses independent of the org?
Trainers under a provider account can only publish through the organisation. If they want an independent account later, they would need to create a separate trainer account.
What happens to student data if we leave DCH?
You can export all enrolment, progress, and payment records as CSV at any time from the admin dashboard. We retain data for 90 days after cancellation.
Is there a minimum number of trainers for a provider account?
No. Even a single trainer can create a provider account if they prefer organisation-level branding and consolidated billing for future team members.
